I'm no Rachel Ray, but I've got a good recipe!

Jill's Salsa

1 can shoepeg corn
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
3-4 tomatoes, diced fine
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped fine
1/2 c. red onion, chopped fine
3/4 c. Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cilantro
salt and pepper

Mix all together. Let stand in fridge several hours before serving. Serve with Tostitos Scoops.
